Description
Comfortable apartment a few meters from the Mestalla Stadium. We love it for its spaciousness and functionality. It has all the modern comforts. Located in a very good area, with a wide range of restaurants and leisure and good connections to reach the downtown area and the beach area. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning and central heating, WiFi and kitchen.

The 77 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Spacious and bright living room with sofa, HD TV, dining table for four people, shelves and access to a balcony.
- Fully equipped American kitchen, with all kinds of electrical appliances and kitchen appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dolçe gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed with views of the patio where the washing machine is located.
- Practical and complete bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
- Spacious second room with exterior views with a 150x190 cm double bed and access to a balcony.
- Small balcony overlooking the street.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Mestalla, a few meters away from the Stadium of Valencia Club de Fútbol and the Avenue of Blasco Ibáñez (the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with more young people in the city).
In this district you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, and you can go to the cinema, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the apartment there are two subway stops with which you can move to the downtown or the beach areas and, on the opposite side of Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the district of Benimaclet, a lovely area with many places to eat and to discover.
At the western end of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park, with a length of about 7 km, that run through what once was the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, The Gulliver Park, tracks in which you can practice different sports, and bike and a running path, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.

Bus stops, metro stations, a taxi rank and a bike path are available just a few meters away from the apartment:
