Bright rooms in neutral colors decorated in a minimalist Nordic style very close to Avenida de Francia, next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be in 10 minutes walk from the Oceanographic Park, the Príncipe Felipe museum, the Hemisférico, the Reina Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park ... in a pleasant walk through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain. We recommend having a coffee or an aperitif in one of the many cafes and restaurants that surround you.
The 102 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Living-dining room with spectacular views of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia with sofa, large wooden dining table, HD TV.
