The Space:
Spacious apartment located in one of the best areas for families very close to Avenida de Francia, next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be in 10 minutes walk from the Oceanographic Park, the Príncipe Felipe museum, the Hemisférico, the Reina Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park ... in a pleasant walk through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain. We recommend having a coffee or an aperitif in one of the many cafes and restaurants that surround you.
The 110 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Living room with sofa, glass dining table, HD TV.
- Practical kitchen with fully equipped dining area, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer. blender… It has access to a beautiful interior patio decorated with plants and equipped with a table and two chairs.
- Elegant master bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed equipped with large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
