- 1 bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).
- Terrace with table and four chairs.
First floor:
- Second bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed. Access only by stairs.
The apartment comes with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities.

- Air conditioning with hot / cold splits only in the main bedroom and living room.

Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to accommodate the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960.
In this area it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area and where it is easy for you to find organic food.
The house is located in the Botànic neighborhood, close to the “Ángel Guimerá” Metro stop. Quiet residential area ideal for visiting with the family, it is 1 minute walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 5 minutes walk from the Quart Towers, 7 minutes from the Central Market and 13 from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In the surroundings you will enjoy a multitude of restaurants and local shops.
How to move:
Area perfectly communicated by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Bike Path that brings us closer to the Historic Center in 5 minutes and in 20 minutes to Malvarrosa Beach.
- BUS stop “Fernando el Católico-Juan de Mena”, 100 meters away. (Lines 60 - 62 - 64 - 80 - 92).
- Metro stop “Ángel Guimerá”, 300 meters away. (Lines 3 and 5).
