- Large living room-kitchen with sofa bed for two people, HD TV, large rectangular dining table and all kinds of kitchen appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Large windows overlooking one of the main streets in the center of Valencia.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, dishwasher , 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
