The 77 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Comfortable and bright living room with sofa, armchair, HD TV, dining table for four people and access to a balcony.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen, with all kinds of electrical appliances and kitchen appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dolçe gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed.
- Full bathroom with shower, sink with shelves, mirror and toilet.
- Spacious second bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds, large wardrobe, desk and chair and access to balcony.
- Small balcony in the room with two beds and the living room with views of the street.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the Mestalla neighbourhood, a few meters from the Valencia Club de Fútbol Stadium and Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with the most young people in the city.

In the area you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure-cultural activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Palacio de la Exposición and the Museo Histórico Militar, as well as cinemas, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the house there are two metro stops with which you can get to the downtown area or the beach and, on the opposite side of Avenida de Blasco, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the Benimaclet neighborhood, a Charming area with many places to go out to eat and places to discover.

At the western end of the neighborhood are the Jardines del Turia and the Palau de La Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park with a length of about 7 km that run through what was formerly the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, Gulliver Park, tracks where you can practice different sports, a bike lane and another for running, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.

How to move:
A few meters away from the apartment there are bus, metro, taxi and bike lane stops:
- Bus: “Cardenal Benlloch -La Pobla de Farnals” stop (lines 18, C3).
- Metro: Amistat-Casa de la Salud station (lines 5 and 7) a 7-minute walk away. Aragón station (lines 5 and 7), 5 minutes on foot.
- Taxi: stop at Avenida del Puerto, 111, 1 km away.
- Bike lane: on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, a 2-minute walk away.
