The neighbourhood:
The Patacona Beach, Alboraya, is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as during the winter. It is the most fashionable beach of Valencia. At 100 meters from the apartment you will find all kinds of services and entertainment facilities, supermarket, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball courts, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibañez...
In the surroundings you could enjoy pleasant walks along the seafront, the Malvarrosa Beach, the Playa de las Arenas and even a pleasant walk to the beaches of Port Saplaya, known as the Valencian little Venice.
Getting around:
Only a few meters away from the apartment you will find available a bus stop (line 31), a taxi stop and a bike path.

Due to its excellent location is perfect option to visit Valencia with children because it’s very easy to go to the beach and to access to the main touristic places in the city by public transport. Accommodation: Extraordinary apartment located in the hearth of Patacona, third line of the beach so it’s perfect to enjoy the relax of a residential area, the near beach and also, due to the short distance to the Malvarrosa neighborhood, the access to all its services as: bus stop, supermarket, a wide range of restaurants and leisure.
