Due to its excellent location is perfect option to visit Valencia with children because it’s very easy to go to the beach and to access to the main touristic places in the city by public transport. Accommodation: Extraordinary apartment located in the hearth of Patacona, third line of the beach so it’s perfect to enjoy the relax of a residential area, the near beach and also, due to the short distance to the Malvarrosa neighborhood, the access to all its services as: bus stop, supermarket, a wide range of restaurants and leisure. Es cierto que hay un pequeño parking y parque cerca del edificio como consta en las imágenes del anuncio y en la temporada estival puede ser que esté más concurrido que en otra época del año. En cuanto a la terraza te informamos que hemos dado solución al cierre de la cristalera. (en agosto nos ha sido imposible solucionarlo inmediatamente debido a las vacaciones de fabrica). Una vez más sentimos las molestias que esto haya podido ocasionar. Un saludo de todo equipo ApartUP!.
