72m2 apartment for 4 people with views of the northern garden of Valencia, is located on the Playa de la Patacona, a residential marine neighborhood with everything you need. 15 minutes from the Historical Center of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, gym, playground, paddle courts, basketball and football, mini-golf, social club, restaurant, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

Cozy apartment ideal for families, is located on the seafront with beautiful views of the Valencian orchard. You will enjoy pleasant walks along its large promenade, beach bars on the beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets ... You will combine city and beach to perfection!
The 72 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Large living room with sofa bed, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace with views of the orchard of Valencia.
- Main bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, TV and access to terrace.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm.
- Terrace where you can enjoy living area with table and four chairs.
- Independent kitchen with very functional and fully equipped gallery.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

You will enjoy the proximity of the orchard of Valencia, which is from the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vineyards, olive trees, rice and tiger nuts are added as more characteristic of this area, in addition to vegetables such as eggplant and artichoke.
Getting around:
Only a few meters away from the apartment there is a bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bike path available.
