It is perfect for families looking to spend a wonderful break in Valencia. 15 minutes from downtown of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences and just 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has Pool, playground, 2 paddle courts, social club, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Cozy apartment overlooking the beach of La Patacona up to 4 people, is the perfect beach and city-break combination. Easy access to public transport. Its functional layout as well as the magnificent views from the terrace will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
- Cozy dining-living room with sofa bed, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace overlooking the Pool and the Beach of the Patacona.
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, overlooking the orchard of Alboraya.
- Terrace with beachviews where you can enjoy living area with table and 4 chairs.
- American kitchen very functional with a gallery (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle ...)
