Located on Patacona beach, it is perfect for families looking to spend a wonderful break in Valencia. 15 minutes from the city center and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, playground, 2 paddle tennis courts, social club, Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and heating.
Accommodation:
Comfortable north-facing apartment very close to Patacona beach, up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-relaxation. Easy access to public transportation. Its functional design, as well as its pleasant terrace, swimming pool, playground and sports area will make your stay a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family.
The 74 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Cozy living room with sofa, TV-HD and direct access to the terrace.
- North-facing terrace, where you can enjoy a seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a shelf.
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, large wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.
- Second bedroom for double individual use equipped with a trundle bed distributed in two single beds of 90x190cm and access to a small balcony with views of the interior patio.
- Independent kitchen with exterior gallery and fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee toaster, electric kettle...)
- Bathroom with bathtub and large sink.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
