The Accommodation:
Duplex apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furnishings, creating a fresh, cosy, and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.
The 137m² duplex apartment includes the following spaces:
Ground Floor:
- Bright living-dining area with seating for eight, equipped with a double sofa bed (100x185cm), a round dining table, an HD TV, and access to an elongated balcony.
- Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
Cosy master bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed and spacious wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, mirror, sink, and toilet.
- Second bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), a wardrobe, and a desk.
Second bathroom with a walk-in shower, mirror, sink, and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR (Access via Stairs):
- Open bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed, a 100x185cm sofa bed, and two pouffes.
The apartment is provided with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome kitchen amenities pack (including a sponge, a tea towel, two rubbish bags, washing machine detergent, washing-up liquid, and two toilet rolls per bathroom). Bathroom amenities include hand soap. Complimentary coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water are also provided.

The Neighbourhood:
Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of Valencia’s old town to accommodate the growing population. Most buildings in the area were constructed between 1900 and 1960. It is very convenient for grocery shopping, with several supermarkets nearby, including options for organic food.
The apartment is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to the "Ángel Guimerá" metro station. This quiet residential area is ideal for visiting with family. It is a 15-minute walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, a 19-minute walk from the Torres de Quart, 15 minutes from the Central Market, and 20 minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and local shops.
Getting Around:
The area is well connected by bus, metro, taxi, and cycle lanes, providing access to the historic centre in 10 minutes and Malvarrosa Beach in 20 minutes.

Pérez Galdós - Conca, 3 metres away (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy, 300 metres away (Line 71).
- Metro station: Ángel Guimerá, 750 metres away (Lines 1, 2, 5, and 9).

Estación del Norte: 1.2 km away.
- Cycle lane: 10 metres from the building.
House Rules:
- No parties.
- No smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the booking.
- Responsibility, respect, and good conduct towards the property and neighbours.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 10:00.
- No rubbish left in the apartment. Rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for four types of waste: paper, glass, packaging/plastics, and general waste.
