Functional and accessible apartment, located in the Cabanyal neighborhood, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen open to the living room. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront, with a bus and tram stop a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

Bright apartment located in Cabanyal, 250 meters walk from the beach facing east, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and at the same time, given its proximity to the La Malvarrosa neighborhood and the universities, it has all the services: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.
The 50 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
-Large living-dining room with comfortable sofa, smart HD TV, rectangular table for 2 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with large windows.
-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the household items necessary for cooking.
- Spacious master bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with large windows overlooking the neighborhood.
- Accessible and adapted bathroom equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower with handle, shower chair, large sink, toilet, emergency handle and mirror.
- Interior patio where the clothesline is located.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchenware: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l mineral water bottle.

Service was very good and things that we missed were resolved very quickly by the staff. The only thing that we missed were things like a place in the bathroom to hang the towels and a dish cloth. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
